Objective:Evaluation of minimally invasive surgery (MIS) in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:Through retrospective analysis of 35 cases of intertrochanteric fractures was treated by proximal femoral nail (PFN).Results:35 cases were followed up for 6~ 18 months (Average 13 months).All cases were obtained well union; the mean times of bone union were 14 weeks.All the cases are free from infection,collaps,bone resorbtion.
