昆虫体内的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE,EC3.1.1.7)是有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类杀虫荆的作用靶标.该实验利用RT-PCR和RACE技术克隆了蓖麻蚕(philosamia cynthia ricini)乙酰胆碱酯酶基因(Pcr-ace2).序列分析结果表明:该基因cDNA全长为2051bp,包含1497bp的开放阅读框(ORF),编码498个氨基酸,推测其表达的蛋白的分子质量56.252KD,等电点(PI)为 5.11 .进化分析表明:蓖麻蚕与家蚕(DQ115793)和野蚕(EU262632)的亲缘关系相对较近,与家蚕的同源性达到80.78%,与野蚕的同源性达到80.56%.该基因cDNA的克隆有助于对蓖麻蚕乙酰胆碱酯酶结构、功能及抗药性的分子机制研究.
