Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic human pathogen and one of the leading causes of nosocomial infections worldwide.Biofilm formation induced multi-drug resistances were the major reason for the difficulty in treatment of pseudomonas infections.Cyclic di-GMP, as a new second messenger, has attracted immerse interest because it is found in many bacteria to regulate both biofilm formation and virulence factor production.
