　　Here we use the hybridization chain reaction (HCR) to form a new kind of DNA hydrogel.In the traditional HCR system, the initiator DNA strand opens the first DNA hairpin strand, H1, and then the activated H1 strand opens the second DNA hairpin strand, H2.Then the activated H2 strand opens the H1 strand again, and in this way the HCR cyclic reaction can run automatically.
