Solving a maze: An autonomous DNA nanopaver was designed to be able to pave a unidirectional nanopath on a DNA origami which could be used as a template for a nanomaze.Based on its inherent ability of paving paths in parallel, a simple maze solving algorithm was proposed. This work shows the feasibility of solving route problems by DNA machines.
