　　As one of the advanced soft magnetic materials,FINEMET alloys (FeCuNbSiB) show excellent soft magnetic properties if they were properly nanocrystallized to have nano scale grains formed in the amorphous magnetic matrix.The relative volume fractions of nano phase and amorphous phase are critical for tailoring magnetic properties (such as coercivity, saturation magnetization, microwave permeability, etc.).
