神经肽(包括内吗啡肽、NPFF以及速激肽等)受体一般为G蛋白偶联受体,我们通过神经肽类似物的设计以研究它们介导的生理活性,也为神经肽类药物的研发提供理论依据.我们利用手性合成技术构建了不同类型的非天然氨基酸,并将其引入到内吗啡肽等神经肽中合成了一系列类似物,通过药理生理活性筛选获得了具有高u阿片受体选择性和激动活性的强效镇痛先导化合物.
