BTK kinase is a member of ITK kinases subfamily and plays a critical role in the B-Cell development and activation through mediating the downstream signaling cascade of BCR [1, 2].The deregulation and mutation of BTK kinase have been shown to related to aberrant activation of B-cells in the context of B-cell lymphomas and autoimmune diseases [3].
