本文介绍了西门子公司SIMATIC PCS7系列DCS在SMPT-1000锅炉仿真产品中的应用,根据仿真对象的工艺特点和控制要求设计了控制系统,整个系统通过PROFIBUS DP现场总线及乱格公司vo模块实现信号传输，通过CFC组态具体实施控制系统方案的设计，并在OS站实现在线监测和控制要求，充分利用了PCS7集中控制的优点，成功实现了硬件组态、网络配置、功能图组态以及WinCC监控画面组态功能,
