　　Purposes: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of butyl stearate on the structures of tolterodine-loaded poly (lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) microspheres.Methods: Microspheres were fabricated by an O/W emulsion-solvent evaporation method and type of PLGA was DLG 7525 7E (lakeshore, US).After freeze-drying microspheres were frozen in liquid nitrogen for 30 min and then cut by a knife blade for SEM study.
