　　Objective Folate receptors (FRs), over-expressed on the surface of a variety of tumor cells, are potential targets for tumor targeting therapy.This is to continue our earlier work on the folate conjugated pullulan acetate nanoparticle (FPA NP) , which were further used as an Epirubicin (EPI) carrier to enhance cancer targeting activity.
