　　Doxorubicin (DOX) is a widely-used drug for treating a broad range of tumors in clinic.However, its clinical use is hindered by its side effects such as cardiotoxicity and acquired drug resistance.In addition to nucleus, mitochondria are found to be another subcellular targeting of DOX action.Dequalinium (DQA) is one of the delocalized lipophilic cations.
