目的:探讨颜面部体表肿瘤手术切除后皮瓣修复方法及效果.方法:采用手术切除病灶,局部皮瓣一期修复手术创面.结果:自2011年3月-2013年3月间,我院采用局部皮瓣治疗颜面部体表肿瘤36例,除鼻根部1例皮瓣远端有少量表皮脱落,经换药愈合外,其余皮瓣均一期愈合.
局部皮瓣在颜面部体表肿瘤切除术中的应用体会

：
