　　PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to make clinical and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)evaluation for the temporomandibular joint(TMJ)internal derangement cases who have undergone TMJ disc anchorage for more than 5 years,to acquire the long-term effect of the operation and to analyze the influence of age,ID stage and other factors on the efficacy of the operation,and to make a preliminary analysis of the causes of recurrence.
