　　OBJECTIVES: Resection of tumors arising from Parapharyngeal space and the tongue base is difficult to manipulate because of their deep and obscure location,which needs proper surgical approach of the paramedian mandibulotomy for resecting these tumors.The aim of this study was to compare postoperative influence on bone healing and occlusion between two cutting methods: wire saw and reciprocating saw.
