Surface display has been widely studied in microorganism such as bacteria,yeast and phage.Its an efficient approach to generate immobilized catalyzer by displaying enzymes on the surface of yeast.In our research,a new catalyzer based on Pichia pastoris (GS115) carrying two synergistic lipases,Candida antarctic lipase B (CALB) and Candida rugosa lipase 1 (CRLI) was obtained.
