Immunosensor has been proved to be a promising new technology for rapid detecting food-borne pathogens.Nevertheless, some deficiencies still exist. An electrochemical immunosensor(ECIS) was developed, which detected Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) The ECIS was prepared by screen-printed electrode(SPE) coated with agarose/Nano-Au membrane and HRP-anti-VP.The ECIS was characterized by Cyclic Voltammetry (CV),Using the ECIS,VP could be quantificationally detected according to the shift of reduction current while CV was used to detect the products of enzymatic reaction. The results evaluating the consistency of SPE using CV were shown below:the anodic potential of SPE was 0.796 ?±0.042 (R.S.D < 6%),and anodic current was 0.276 ±0.003 R.S.D
