飘尘是我国最常见和最重要的大气污染物,流行病学调查表明:其浓度与肺癌死亡率增高具有相关性。为此我们采用了雄性小鼠生殖细胞诱变作用即精子畸形试验来研究上海市大气飘尘有机提取物的遗传毒性。①采样点设计:为了能复盖全市飘尘的污染状况,采用“趋势面”摸拟方式来描述大气飘尘浓度的空间分布,参照以往经验,选定全市10个区13个采样点。②样品处理和提取:参照上海医科大学朱惠刚等的方法。③精子畸形试验:参照卫生部文件(85)卫防字第78号关于“食品安全性毒性学评价程序”中
Fly ash is the most common and important air pollutant in our country. Epidemiological investigation shows that the concentration is closely related to the increase of lung cancer mortality. To this end, we used the male mouse germ cell mutagenesis, ie, sperm abnormality test to study the genetic toxicity of Shanghai atmospheric fly ash organic extract. ① Sampling point design: In order to cover the pollution status of the city’s flying dust, the spatial distribution of atmospheric fly ash concentration is described by the “trend surface” simulation mode.
