Aim: To evaluate the prognostic effect of baseline neutrophil counts and nadir neutrophils on advancedgastric cancer patients who were treated with two chemotherapy regimens Methods: Data were collected retrospectively for 260 AGC patients treated between February 1,2009, and December 31,2011.The baseline neutrophil counts and nadir neutrophils was evaluated.
