目的：探讨乳腺癌根治术后上肢淋巴水肿的治疗方法.方法：对6例乳腺癌根治术后上肢淋巴水肿患者进行超显微淋巴管-静脉吻合术,对比术前、术后上肢容积差异及消肿率.结果：6例患者患肢肿胀程度明显减轻及胀痛感消失,Campisi标准评价疗效均获优良.结论：超显微外科治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿手术创伤小,效果显著.
