Plasmonics has been attracting immense attention in science and technology due to its potential applications in a variety of research fields.Up to now, most of the approaches to produce plasmonics nano-structure such as electron beam lithography are of low sample throughput but high sample cost.Additionally, they are not compatible with the wafer-scale bath micro-fabrication widely used in the semiconductor industry.Herein, we developed a versatile and reliable method combining slope self-assembly colloidal crystal and thermal evaporation to harvest the engineered nanostructures.
