The blend of conductive polymer and fullerene derivative has become important photoelectric conversion material since the first study by Prof.A.Heeger and his coworkers. And as demonstrated by us and others, the performance of photodetectors can be improved when the dimensions are scaled down to the nanoscale. However, the relationship between performance and electrode-gap is remaining to be explored in this nano-world.Herein, we present a systematical research on photoresponse-gap dependence of poly(3-hexylthiophene) and [6,6] phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (P3HT∶PCBM)photodetector based on graphene nanoelectrodes.
