Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common malignancies and the one of the greatest threats to human health,accounting for over 10% of tumour-related mortality and morbidity worldwide,and it is the second leading cause of cancer-related death[1].Because most patients with early gastric cancer have no obvious symptoms,they are diagnosed at an advanced gastric cancer.Thus,the identification of biomarkers and the discovery of biological features for early gastric cancer are urgent needs in clinical diagnosis.The recent studies have indicated that multiple miRNAs are expressed abnormally in gastric cancer,play important roles in the occurrence and development of this disease and they interact with many other biological networks through its target genes,whereby constituting a very complicated regulatory network,which provides an effective mechanism for responding accordingly and precisely to a great variety of environmental adversities.
