If hidraulically speaking upstream the SBR (Sequencing batch reactor) basins we are dealing with an increase of the compensation volumes,since line hydraulic technology is discontinuous,these tanks are meant to prepare and chemically and biologically buffer the wastewater before their treatment in the biological reactors (SBR type).
