患者：女性,51y.主诉：上下后牙缺失多月,要求装牙.现病史：最后一颗患牙于三月余前拔除,现咀嚼不便.左上前牙固定修复多年,崩瓷两年余,无疼痛.部分牙完成根管治疗,二周前完成牙周治疗.现要求装牙.否认系统性疾病及遗传病史.
