　　Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent hypoxia on hepatic cells expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in rats and the influence of Tempol.Methods 28 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:normoxie control group(NC), intermittent hypoxia group(IH), Tempol treatment group(IHT), NS treatment group(IHN).IHT group were treated with 10% tempol 100 mg·kg-1·d-1while IHN were treated with NS as controls.The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax were assayed by western blotting.
