　　Objective The study is designed to examine the serum miRNA expression level in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) patients,and to explore the role of miRNA in the injured vessel endothelial cells.The study may identify the mechanism of inflammatory in OSAHS, which may provide clinic treatment and prevention for OSAHS related cardiovascular disease and related complications.
