2,4-二甲基苯酚是工业生产过程中的一种重要环境污染物.目前,在微生物分解代谢2,4-二甲基苯酚的研究中,主要以恶臭假单胞菌NCIMB 9866 为对象,在生理和生化水平上鉴定2,4-二甲基苯酚的代谢途径,关于2,4-二甲基苯酚分解代谢的分子遗传学研究,特别是编码代谢反应所需酶的结构基因,却鲜为报道.本文从分子遗传学和酶学水平上,对9866 菌株中2,4-二甲基苯酚的分解代谢途径及其编码的相关酶进行研究.首先,我们通过转录分析,发现9866 菌株4-甲基苯酚代谢中两个酶PchCF 和PchA 的编码基因可能也与2,4-二甲基苯酚代谢有关.
