Aluminum film on CFRP has been tested by thermal cycling according to the especial condition of space.Properties of aluminum film been characterized by electron pull apparatus、XPS and SEM.The results show that the adhesion of aluminum increase slowly at beginning of thermal cycling.when times of thermal cycling exceed 50,the adhesion of aluminum become stability.The adhesion of aluminum decrease slowly from 100 to 600 times approximately.After 600 times,the adhesion of aluminum become stability again.The structure of aluminum film is not changing obviously through thermal cycling.The microcracks appears after thermal cycling 50 times,and the amounts of microcrack increase and microcrack is coarsening when thermal cycling continue.
