Objective:To explain computer assistant navigation technique used in cervical inter-fixation.Methods:First of all,the cervical anatomy correlated with the computer assistant navigation technique were explained detailed,the second,the type of cervical injury simple reviewed,the last,according the cervical fractures various types,10 cases were treated with Magerl inter-fixation,12 cases with occipital cervical fusion and Cervifix inter-fixation,11 cases with atlas-odontoid fusion and inter-fixation,14 cases of odontoid process fracture with anterior approach screw inter-fixation and 16 cases with cervical pedicel inter-fixation,all of those operation were done with computer assistant navigation.And the surgical method and specific procedure were introduced.
