Objective:To investgate the operative treatment for cervical cord compression.Methods:30 patients with cervical cord compression at Craniocervical Junction were reviewed Among them,fasilar impression 10 cases,old odontoid fractures 8 cases,old atlantoaxial joint dislocation 12 cascs.All the patients were treated by removal the odontoids,4 cases with one-stage posterior fixation and bone graft and 26 cases posterior fixation and bone graft after 2 weeks.
