Objective:To explore the application of four different surgical techniques for the treatment of upper cervical spine unstable.Method:Sixty-two patients with upper cervical spine unstable underwent different operation treatment according to different kinds of disease.Instrumentation for internal fixation include steel wire 27 cases,apofix interlaminar clamp 15cases,occipto-cervical CD 9cases.2 cases with alas Jefferson fracture,5cases with chair deformity and 4cases with Anderson type Ⅱ accompanied by fracture of atlas posterior arch were treated by Cervifix occipital-cervical fixation technique.
