Poly (D, L-lactic-co-glycolic acid) microparticles (PLGA-MPs) loading macromolecule are widely used as a long-acting delivery syster.However, current preparation methods have many disadvantages to preparing PLGA-MPs especially for loading protein and peptide.The novel ultra-fine particle processing system (UPPS) is a proprietary technology developed by our group based on the disk rotation principle.
