Objective Tenovin-6 is a newly reported small molecular inhibitor of Class Ⅲ HDACs or Sir2 family of enzymes.It has been shown to reverse the deacetylation activity of SIRT1, the closest homo1ogues of Sir2 in mammalian which is involved in diverse cellular processes including chromatin remodeling, aging, DNA damage response and tumorigenesis etc.Treatment in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is becoming more and more successful though relapsing is still a problem.In the present study,we studied the effect of Tenovin-6 in pre-B acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and the underlying mechanisms.
