  Introduction We have recently found Diallyl Trisulfide(DATS), a natural product of garlic,which has shown anti-cancer metastasis activity.We investigated its efficacy and mechanism of action in the treatment of triple-negtive breast cancer in preclinical models.Methods We evaluated the anti-breast-cancer migration and invasion efficacy of DATS in human triple-negative, i.e., estrogen receptor-negative, progesterone receptor-negative and HER2-negative (MDA-MB231、 HS 578T) breast cancer cell lines the most difficult-to-treat (triple-negative) subtypes of breast cancer-and their metastasis model in nude mice.
