  Objective:The goal of this study was to investigate direct transpedicle lag-screw osteosynthesis technique and its indications for the treatment of Hangmans fracture.Methods:Among 22 cases with Hangmans fracture,8 fracture-reductive cases were selected to treated with direct transpedicle osteosynthesis with 25~30mm-legenth lag screws with 250~300 and 300~350 medial inclination and rotrocaudal agulation respectively.
