Brassinosteroids are plant steroidal hormones helping in plant adaptation to various environmental stresses.The aim of this study was to examine the effects of exogenous application of 24-epibrassinolide (EBL) on the regulation of brassinosteroid (BR)-biosynthesis pathway genes during chilling stress in chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.).BLASTN and tBLASTN searches were performed to identify chickpea homologs for DET2,DWF4,CYP90D1,CPDandCYP85A1/A2 genes from Arabidopsis database.
