Objective This study was to investigate T-lymphocyte subpopulation profile and the expression of PD-1, TLR3, TLR4, and INF-γon peripheral blood monoctyes(PMBCs) regulated by HBeAg, and to illustrate the relation between HBeAg and persistent infection of HBV.Methods Put blood from the normal person into anticoagulation tube and separate lymphocyte from it.The lymphocytes are divided into four groups and were cultured with various concentration of HBeAg for 72 hours.
