　　Background Natural infections with influenza A viruses have been reported in a variety of animal species.Occasionally devastating pandemics occur in humans.We report the first human mixed infection with avian influenza A H7N9 and influenza A H1N1 virus.Methods We obtained and analysed clinical, therapy from a patient from taizhou city China.Laboratory tests were collected.Respiratory specimens were tested for influenza virus by RT-PCR.
