　　Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a Gram negative opportunistic pathogenic bacterium,which causes acute and chronic infections.As the most effective antibiotic for the treatment of multi-drug resistant bacterial infections and chronic infections,Penicillium carbon alkene(imipenem,meropenem,etc.)has a strong activity against bacteria and high stability to β-lactamases.PA0055 is a novel gene with a predictable DNA binding activity that has been previously reported.
