Rap1b在斑马鱼神经嵴发育过程中的表达情况

  研究Rap1b 与斑马鱼颅面部发育的关系.利用模式动物斑马鱼,取由神经嵴发育而来的颅面部组织做实时定量PCR,观察不同时期Rap1b 的mRNA 表达情况.再通过Rap1b整体原位杂交观察其在斑马鱼发育过程中时间和空间的表达情况,并与神经嵴特异性标志基因Crestin 原位杂交表达情况在时间和空间上对比.实时定量PCR 结果显示,rap1b 在神经嵴形成、迁移、分化过程中在颅面部均有表达.原位杂交结果显示,Rap1b 与Crestin 在斑马鱼中的表达在时间和空间上有重叠.Rap1b 与颅面部发育有关,可能是通过调节神经嵴发育而导致的.
