Objective: To characterize the angle β.Methods: all subjects were divided into qualified group and unqualified group by the quality of ascending limb of MEFV curve.998 subjects in qualified group and 150 in unqualified group were divided into normal, restrictive, and obstructive groups according to pulmonary function test results.The tangent line was drawn at the start of MEFV curves ascending limb through the coordinate origin,and the angle β between the tangent line and x-axis was obtained.
