  猪圆环病毒2 型(PCV2)是引起断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征的主要病原.PCV2-Cap 是病毒的主要免疫保护性抗原,是研制基因工程亚单位疫苗的理想靶抗原.口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)是感染偶蹄目动物的重要病原.FMDV 衣壳蛋白VP1为病毒的主要免疫原性蛋白,能够诱导机体产生中和抗体.研究表明,利用重组蛋白研制的亚单位疫苗对PCV2和FMDV 感染具有良好的免疫效果,因此研制同时预防这两种病毒性疫病的二联亚单位疫苗具有重要意义.本研究采用杆状病毒表达系统融合表达PCV2-Cap 和FMDV-VP1 蛋白,为研制PCV2 与FMDV 二联亚单位疫苗奠定基础.
