  RNA是重要的生物分子,执行着遗传信息的储存、传递以及基因调控等功能[1].RNA的重要功能是与其复杂的空间结构及正常的结构变化紧密联系的,然而现有实验方法(核磁共振和X射线衍射)存在一定局限性而且成本昂贵,实验上测得的RNA结构数据还相对较少.因此,基于物理原理的RNA结构预测对RNA生物功能的理解和应用具有重要意义[2-5].
