林可霉素作为一种强效的抑菌性抗生素,因其对组织和细胞的穿透力强,在临床上被广泛使用.林可霉素A结构中存在着三个甲基,分别由C-、N-、S-甲基转移酶LmbW、LmbJ和LmbG所编码,其生物合成过程中的副产物林可霉素B缺少了C-甲基,因此,甲基转移与供给能力对林可霉素的产生至关重要.本项目首先在林可链霉菌高产工业菌株中过表达三个甲基转移酶LmbW、LmbJ和LmbG,通过实时荧光定量PCR分析发现,与空载菌株相比,过表达菌株自身基因的转录分别提高了6.0,5.8和2.5倍,但林可霉素产量提高不显著.
