The successful implantation needs a functionally normal embryo at the blastocyst stage and a receptive uterus. The blastocyst need activation to initiate the crosstalk with the endometrium and whether this process happens normally can determine the pregnancy outcome. Here we intend to answer how the blastocyst acquires implantation competency and which are potential molecules that originated from blastocyst could influence the uterine physiological response to direct the attachment reaction.By combined a physiologically relevant mouse delayed implantation model with the RNA deep-sequencing technology,we compared the global genes expression profiles of diapause-/reactivating-/reactivated-blastocyst transcriptome, and find out 321,601 and 507 genes are differentially expressed among each two states.
