Background By inhibiting apolipoproteinB (ApoB) synthesis,mipomersen can significantly reduce ApoB-containing lipoproteins in hypercholesterolemia patients.However,there is still no study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of mipomersen therapy comprehensively and quantitatively.This study sought to ascertain to what extent mipomersen can decrease ApoB-containing lipoproteins and the safety of mipomersen therapy.
