　　Background: EGFL7 is a recently identified as a secreted protein regulated by oxygen exposure,and plays a critical role in promoting metastasis of H CC.TAE is widely used for treatment of H CC,inevitably results in a hypoxia to tumors and surrounding liver tissues.Accordingly,we proposed the hypothesis that there could be a relationship between expression of EGFL7 and TAE.

晚期膀胱癌出血介入栓塞术后再次出血的原因分析及治疗
目的 分析总结晚期膀胱癌出血介入栓塞术后再次出血的原因及再次介入栓塞治疗的效果。方法 结合影像学资料,回顾性分析10例膀胱癌出血介入栓塞术后再次出血的原因以及再次行介入栓塞治疗的疗效总结。结果 10例病人中,4例因肿瘤本身生长侵蚀正常血管致再次出血；3例因髂外侧枝血管开放代偿供血致再次出血；1例外伤后原责任血管再通,肿瘤灶血供重建致再次出血；2例因第一次栓塞治疗中超选膀胱下动脉栓塞而未行其他血管栓
