　　The objective of this study was to investigate the feasibility of calcium sulfate hemihydrate/mineralized collagen(CSH/nHAC)as a carrier for sustained release of BMP-2-related peptide and in vivo bone formation capacity.CSH/nHAC was prepared and observed with scanning electron microscope.BMP-2-related peptide was introduced into CSH/nHAC.
