Briefly describes the metamorphic mechanism research status, the metamorphose method of metamorphic mechanism based on Assur group is addressed. A new succor transfiguration robot is developed, it has three work stations such as stretcher, go-cart and wheelchair, and two mechanical carriages. Dissertates its design theory, functions realization and decompose based on mechanism Assur group. Sets up math model for G3_1P_PR_RR_RR in the mechanism and dissertates its resolution, finishes its kinematics simulation. The simulation validates the validity of design and analysis. This product development extends the metamorphic theory based on Assur group and the application of metamorphic mechanism.
